COVID-19 Policy
As an aesthetician who cares deeply about my client’s health and well-being, I follow all current CDC guidelines for how businesses should handle COVID-19. Before every treatment, all surface areas are cleaned with CaviCide wipes which contain a multi-purpose disinfectant to kill viruses and bacteria. Any tools used have been presoaked in a germicide solution, cleaned with CaviCide wipes, and placed inside a UV ultraviolet cabinet sanitizer before each use. I will wear a mask at all times during all treatments. I ask my clients to wear a mask upon entering and exiting the treatment room and during non-facial treatments. Each client is asked to send a text upon arrival to 480-332-6652 and wait in their vehicles until I reply that the room is sanitized and ready for your incredible experience. Cancelation & No-Show Fee
Please understand that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and clients who are on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they desire. Your appointments are confirmed via text/email 72 hours in advance and there is also a 24-hour reminder. Since the services are customized and reserved for each client personally, 50% of the total service will be applied to the card on file if canceled within 24 hours of your set appointment. In addition, No-shows will also be required to pay a 50% down payment when booking their next appointment. COVID-19 related cancelations will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.
